Since Jody is the maintainer I will let him chime in with approval. But
if he does not get to it within a day or so (he is on Australian tiem) I
can apply the patch for you.

could someone just review the reported bug
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-2404 and the patch attached for it? It'
seams to me nobody uses the MemoryDataStore Classes except of some test cases.
It would be great if the patch could applied to the 2.5.x branch, because we
are working
