In helping Mark today I found a small inconsistency in the SLDParser ...
The test cases support the following:
<CssParameter name="stroke-dasharray">1 2 </CssParameter>
However the documentation (and other CssParameters) support:
<CssParameter name="stroke-dasharray"><ogc:Literal>1 2</ogc:Literal></
CssParameter>
This appears to be one spot I missed "upgrading" the code to support
filters correctly; as such the code will not support the use of a
<ogc:PropertyName> at this time.
