I am unable to reproduce the current build failure; perhaps someone with more
experienced in Sphinx can see what is wrong?

Went through and removed all warnings; build seems to be restored. I suspect
that a full clean is needed of the documentation if the structure changes at
all.
Links to javadocs still broken since the move to a new server.
