I did some more testing with the WFS client and found that the following
formats are not accepted by the parsers:
1) application/gml+xml; version=3.1 (GmlGetFeature, DescribeFeatureType)
2) text/xml; subType=gml/3.1.1/profiles/gmlsf/1.0.0/0 (GmlGetFeature,
DescribeFeatureType)
