easy "readable" way to create ISO Geometry content.

I see that you are author and maintainer of WKTParser.java in the main
module. I'm working on the GEOT-1311 issue and have come across a
change that should be made to the WKTParser. I've created an JIRA bug
to track the issue: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1355
