OK. Based on Adrian's input I think I've got a Pom.xml ready to go for my module. Before I ask someone to take a peek at my attempt to make a Maven Module for GPX2 I had a couple more questions:
Where in the module should I put the Javadoc I generate for the code in the module? Is this Javadoc generation already taken care of by GeoTools? Where in the module should I put the supplementary HTML documentation that I have created for my module's code? If I can get trough this process I'll put some of my thoughts on creating an supported module together for future GeoTools contributors.
