customized GDAL 1.4.5 version (since ImageI/O-Ext 1.0.5).

Geotools provides support for some GDAL formats throught the
imageio-ext-gdal plugin.
More details are available at [1]. There, you can see the list of the GDAL
formats which are actually supported.
