I've tried to ask Gdal about installing Gdal java bindings in Windows 10, but
havn't had any luck so far. I got the tips from dgal-dev list that I should ask
you since GeoTools/GeoServer uses gdalalljni.dll.
Setup:
Windows 11 64-bit with x64 based processor
