Hi Gepers,I read somewhere that climate change may affect precipitation patterns by creating rain "silos" that concentrate downpours in circumscribed areas, but leave nearby areas dry.  I believe this is especially true in monsoon regions.  Is this true?  Can anyone confirm this and provide referen
