The June issue of the American Behavioral Scientist containing a symposium on 
climate change skepticism and denial is now in print.  Here is the T of C.  
While all entries are available through libraries that subscribe to Sage 
journals, I should note that I have paid for open access for the Dunlap-Jacques 
article that presents an analysis of 108 books espousing climate change denial.
