OPPORTUNITY IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

 Dear Scholar,

We are writing to you with information about an exciting new award in
the field of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT through the 2016-2017 Fulbright
U.S.Scholar Program in RUSSIA. Our organization, the Council for
International Exchange of Scholars, administers the Fulbright Scholar
Program on behalf of the United States Department of State's Bureau of
Educational and Cultural Affairs. Please feel free to forward this

DISTINGUISHED CHAIR IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT [2]

This award offers the opportunity for an accomplished scholar to teach
and/or conduct research at the HIGHER SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS (HSE) in
Moscow. HSE is committed to internationalizing its teaching and research
methods, and the selected scholar would help shape the sustainable
development curriculum and teaching standards in Russian education.

Possible course titles include, but are not limited to:

        * Politics/Economics of Sustainable Development
        * Politics of Nature
        * Environmental Security
        * Energy Law, Policy and Climate Change
        * Governance for Sustainable Development
        * Role of Technology in Sustainable Development

The award is open to academics only, and a PhD or other terminal degree

descriptions, hold a PhD or appropriate professional/terminal degree AT
