Dear all, I have searched for some more recent work on NGO influence for a piece I am writing, and I think the most recent (generalized, more theoretical and empirical) stuff I have seen has been the Betsill and Corell edited volume with contributions by Gulbrandsen and Andresen and a few others. I am more specifically looking for pieces on NGO influence in water policy and/or toxics. It's clear from my survey of the literature that there has been a whole slew of work on NGO influence on fisheries, climate and forest policies, but I can't seem to find anything/much on water and/or toxics policy (except, of course, and not to toot my own horn, my own work on transnational NGO influence on Mexican toxics policy). Maybe I have missed some key pieces? (it's not unlikely - there is a sea of citations on NGO influence right now!)
Of course, please do respond only to me instead of flooding the list-serv. I will compile a list of citations and share with anyone interested.
