Correction RE: E&D Textbook Memo

Please note the correction to the memo I sent out about an hour ago clarifying the comment on "rebuttal on Gallagher and Zarsky". I've been told that this comment was a reference to Clapp and Daveregne. Apologies for the confusion - it was not clear from the post. Pam Jagger
