link-local sourc
Patch Set 4:
> For this to work, you must have /proc/sys/net/conf/$tun/accept_ra set
There's no such path on my system but there is
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/*/accept_ra. Also, if it's known not to work for
certain settings, than we can check accept_ra for a given interface and fail
with error
