PVR will not run for me

Hi, I've been using get_iplayer under Windows 7 x64 for a year or so downloading radio and TV manually but I've never managed to get the command line PVR to work. Yes I know it sounds odd. Here's what I do. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? get_iplayer --pvr-add "do androids dream of electric
