Over the past few days when I try to download any programs, on all channels,
they start to download then stop after 4 or 5 mb. The programs will then not
resume. I have a whole bunch of partially downloaded files.

I'm using get_iplayer v2.82-25-g3547d05-ppa8 on Ubuntu 13.04, and
downloading to a network drive via SMB. The RTMP downloads and remuxing
complete okay, but some (not all) of the time AtomicParsley is hanging
after the
