Fields are not searched individually. "fields name,episode" means
each of your search terms is applied against the two fields
concatenated with a space - " ". Use a regular
expression to constrain the match and get effectively an AND result,
something like:

There is nothing wrong with your options, except perhaps that they
indicate you could update get_iplayer. You're going to have to find
another example to test, though.
