if a video file is 50 fps the audio is 125kbps.
if a video file is 25 fps the audio is nearly always 93 kbps

I refining my sample the newer video files; in the last 2 weeks, have 128 kbps.
The older the file the less the kbps.
the radio kbps is going to be whatever the video file contains.
i seriously doubt that gip would ever to able to mix and match video
quality and audio quality.

After several hours of debugging i believe that the cause for the
truncation of many of the Sunday morning radio programs that i listen to
is the change in the encoding software version.
