The file was grabbed A-OK (~2.7GB)
but a last-minute error occurred in tagging with Atomic Parsley

just as an FYI,
Steven Luo helped me find the URL
(I gather it's easier in FFox, just use CTRL-I and examine the media)
in IE9, open a browser page with embedded iPlayer, use F12 to open Developer

I once messed around with capturing some AAC streams
I had troubles getting them to work with my iPod (2nd gen Touch I think) until
I did this:
mp4box -add input.aac:mpeg4 -sbr -ipod output.m4a
The main flag required for iP*d compatibility seemed to have been specifi

back)
like most, if not all, Glype proxies these days, it refuses to return results
for "hotlinking" - i.e. any automated requests vs manually entering URLs
through their webpage
like I said,

to North America :-)
(and hopefully Canada won't be left out!!!)
I was actually just wondering if anybody knew the URL of a similar Glype proxy
i.e. for which we would have used the following command line:-
So... Does anybody know of an alternative USABLE proxy alternative now that
daveproxy.co.uk seems to have died
This will be very important for a lot of non-UK residents!!
Thanks in advance,

Some new info,
I haven't been able to grab an HD iPlayer TV version in about a week.
This might be related to the following...
http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=620347&postcount=200
...in other words, until somebody adds "type 2" swf verification into rtmpdump,
some (all?) Beeb HD content
did some more digging
something has changed with the behaviour of the proxy
