The Windows PVM wont get it - its over 7 days old; but the command
window version will.
The pid is b03495yn, therefore use:
get_iplayer --pid=b03495yn

I am just being overly pedantic now, seeing your
initial issue has been resolved, but:
1. if the pid refers to a TV programme, then
--type=tv is redundant; GiP tries that by default.
