[Gimp-developer] library recompilation on Windows

Hi, I'm trying to recompile libgimpmath on Windows. Is it possible to compile only the needed dll (libgimpmath-2.0-0.dll) or do I have to recompile the whole project (ran into some trouble while attempting this)? I've managed to build the dll but so far Gimp's not accepting it and the error
