yes thats the one.That would prevent gimp from legal trouble and it
will give its users a quick access to an important material databank
sharing.. But until now im not sure that gimp devs will go with
it,because no GTK application has ever had getnewstuff feature.Kde was

i believe that it should have get new stuff feature,the one that the
new kde4 has. It simplifies the process of downloading and adding new
screentones,brushes and so on ..Curently doing this with gimp is
somewhat a pain in the arse.The user has to copy untared files to
hidden directories,or set new
