[Gimp-developer] gettext 0.19

The latest gimp git pull warns that I require gettext 0.19 or higher or the build will have a partially broken localization. However, the latest available gettext from GNU is 0.18.3.2. Why this requirement for a version higher than currently available? Thanks, Partha _
