preliminary blur to avoid artefacts that will appear in some cases, and
possibly a little bit of sharpening on the result.
Otherwise, if you stick to some blind resizing, as said earlier an
ImageMagick script is your best friend (it ca

PNG file, I get *YET ANOTHER DIALOGUE* with

I made a long time ago. It isn't
exactly what you want (doesn't rotate, for example), but that shouldn't
be too hard to add.
You can add labels, make them semi-transparent, etc.

IMHO: motion blur (radial) and a couple of frames with that rotated
10-15° CW and CCW, I'd say.
