I've decided that it's time for me to compile GIMP on my Windows
system. I have the latest 2.3.3 sources from gimp.org, and I'm trying
to compile them with cygwin/gcc.
The README.win32 file seems to indicate that a ./configure and a make
will work, but it fails on my system. I
