a problem with it's interface
before. Just last night I had the UI issue show up in Gimp, so I opened
Inkscape to see if it was affected as well. It wasn't, but then I opened Gimp
again and everything was fine there too. It's just so inconsistent for me.

pressing the space bar to activate them (what clicking was supposed to do in the
first place). And reordering layers can be done through the Layers menu. I do
most of my work on another computer now that doesn't have this issue though.
and the issue did not go away after
rebooting from uninstalling this update, so I don't think it was the issue.
