I traced it down to gimp apparently being unable to handle a second monitor.
When i completely disable my second monitor it works as intended.
It worked with both screens before, so if anyone has a clue or plug-in i'd
appreciate it.

Back to 2.8.22, the problem persists.
Unfortunately i don't remeber how i tricked it before, and 2.10 overwriting
stuff broke it.
Any ideas how to achieve what i suggested in the first post in ANY version?

I just recently got a Wacom Intuos and it worked fine with 2.8.22.
Now, when i switch - physically - between my pen and mouse, i can only interact
with certain parts of the interface with either device.
I get the idea, it's great, but can i set up which device can interact with
which interface
