Hi
When I am making a selection with the intelligent scissors, at a certian point
the dot mode won't function..it just stops.. I noticed that it was around a
smooth edge.. or rather smoother than the rest.. not as textured. Can you help ?

Simplest would be take control of the print position yourself. Create
a border around your image so that it's centered and now print
borderless.
