This patch series adds a for_each_worktree function and then uses it to 
implement 
the `git worktree list` command.

Differences from 
[v3](http://www.mail-archive.com/git@vger.kernel.org/msg75599.html)
  - create the for_each_worktree function
  - uses the function in the list
  - a bare repo is NOT included in the iterated worktrees
