sched: run_rebalance_domains: s/SCHED_IDLE/CPU_IDLE/ rebalance_domains(SCHED_IDLE) looks strange (typo), change it to CPU_IDLE. the effect of this bug was slightly more agressive idle-balancing on SMP than intended.
