i installed geany 1.36 and it works. let this be a lesson to you: old versions

@ndroock1 are you sure you downloaded and installed the
`geany-1.37_setup-2.exe` installer?
I just want to get sure as it seems the updated installer works for other users.

Already done, locally :).
I actually already worked on this and have Dockerfiles and start script ready,
just waiting for the official 1.37 Debian package to use as base and need to
write some docs (so that such tickets are not automatically assigned to
me...:D).

Yes, the nightly builds are still built against GTK2 but will switch soon to
GTK3 once 1.37 lands in Debian archives and GTK2 compability in Geany itself
will be removed in the next version.
So, GTK2 is no solution :(.

I tried the http://download.geany.org/snapshots/geany-1.37_setup-2.exe , but
Geany still does not work on Windows 10.
