Hello, i'm still using ``geany 1.37.1 (built on 2022-10-03 with GTK 2.24.33,
GLib 2.66.8)``
The only reason for this is the filetree sidebar, that don't align correct not
because geany's code but cause gtk3. I also issue this
#https://github.com/geany/geany/issues/2436 in the past.

Know my limitations when it comes to app coding, though. So better stick with
the embedded stuff.

I just cleaned up the commit history and removed temporary test settings, so

might be related to the updated Ubuntu version (18.04 to
