Is "tab-browse" a key on your keyboard? If not what key(s) are you pressing,
ctrl+pg up/down?
If so works here (Geany 2.0, GTK 3.24.20, GLib 2.64.6).

**Conditions**
- except `File Browser` all other plugins are deactivated
- sidebar is on the left side
- in the sidebar are three tabs (from left to the right): `Symbols`,
`Documents` and `Files`
- in the editor are two documents
**Steps to reproduce the issue**
1. click in the editor on the seco

Whatever the reason behind, the basic standard is 8 characters. 4-character
width seems like a pre-HD pre-widescreen hack to make better use of screen real
estate. Which we have plenty of now, besides wider aspect ratio. A bit more
horizontal separation actually looks good/can be useful on HiDPI

@ToddAndMargo It's not in any release version yet, it'll be in 2.1 whenever
that comes out. In the meantime, it's in Git master now.
