Which Linux distribution is best for installing Gitorious? and
Version?
Because, as i googled, i saw some people successful in Cent OS 5.5,
ArchLinux and Ubuntu.
We are trying in Scientific Linux 6.
Which Linux is good for setting up our own gitorious?

I pulled the latest gitorious mainline this morning and now the user
logged in page has no CSS. The main site / login page has CSS and
displays properly, but once logged in the page is just unformatted
text.
Where should I look to see what is causing this problem?

I just updated to the latest version of gitorious this morning.
When logged in, it appears that all.css is defaulting to ie7.css and
not the proper concatenation using stylesheet_link_tag in the
_common_header.html.erb
Thus the user page is essentially an unformatted page of text.
