I am looking at the admin/diagnostics page of my local Gitorious installation,
and in the summary at the top it says:
Is everything ok? Not OK
However, it does not give any indication as to what is wrong, as all the items
in the detailed view have a green label which says OK. What

After the upgrade to v3.0, Gitorious no longer sends e-mail messages to my
users (and presumably, it no longer sends error messages to me). I have
created the file config/smtp.yml with the following contents:

port: 25
