[gitorious] Getting error while creating a new project on Gitorious (gitorious installed at my local machine)

Hi, I am able to successfully install Gitorious at my local machine. But when I am trying to create a new project it gives me the following error: Error: ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid in ProjectsController#create Mysql::Error: Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction:
