Attached is a small zip file containing some idl and header files which are
meant to define an interface to Frank Warmerdam's map projection library.
The problems can be reproduced by unzipping, going to the top level
directory and running "make". I am using Windows NT GHC 5.02 and CV

Thanks for sending the program. Indeed, it turns out that
5.02.1 has a rarely-occurring bug in the demand analyer.
(My fault, I am sad to say.)
We've fixed the bug, but won't put out a new release until
we've accumulated a few more. Meanwhile, I gather that
it's not getting in your way,
