Our rawhide rpm builds seem to be failing with what looks like a specfile
issue. It's worth looking into this now before F28 is released in May.

Both the tests are now marked as bad since there's has been more than one
instance where these tests have failed even after fixing the infra problem.
Request geo-rep team to take a look at and revive the tests back soon.

Hi,
I've made some experiments [1] with the time that centos regression takes
to complete. After some changes the time taken to run a full regression has
dropped between 2.5 and 3.5 hours (depending on the run time of 2 tests,
see below).
Basically the changes are related with delays manually int
4.0 release has been branched!
I will follow this up with a more detailed schedule for the release, and
also the granted feature backport exceptions that we are waiting.
Feature backports would need to make it in by this weekend, so that we
can tag RC0 by the end of the month.
