when the both channels in client protocol is disconnected, fd's are
marked as badin git tree
seems to be more problematic that before.
Before :
Two server , client open a file - Server 1 down - client ok -
Server 1 restart - client ok - Server 2 down - client not ok ( BAD
FD)
