I've aborted https://build.gluster.org/job/netbsd6-smoke/14852/console
because it was hung. We only have one netbsd slave running this smoke
test, so it was blocking the testing status of some patches.
Maybe a watchdog was added for other jobs, and this one was missesd out?

I've disabled nbslave71 because it causes all regression tests to fail.
Once the problem is fixed, please enable the system in the webui again

Action items to solve this:
1. Script to clear out old builds and archives.
2. Attach 10-15 GB of block storage to all the netbsd machines so this isn't an
issue.
