merged.

This is because it is the latest patch in that branch, and NetBSD builds
get triggered every 8hrs on each branch (on its HEAD~). It will be fixed in
some time, but for now its an known issue, and ignore it please!

ok so the whole proxy for review is breaking the renewal of the certificate.
It is fixed (I add to comment the ProxyPass and fiddle manually). However, i
remember we had trouble to get this work like we want
