are in the trash emails open one that you want to move... once the email is
open look at the top of the email next to the email's subject. There should

GMail's spam filters are bayesian filters, learning filters. From time to
time they reset the base code, which can make for more false positives. If
you continue to mark them as "not spam" it will eventually learn again that
they are not spam.
