What will happen is, your browser will open a new tab and you will enter your new business Google account credentials. It will then open that Gmail Inbox in the new tab. Now you will have your personal Gmail Inbox open in one tab and business one in another tab. You will notice in the URL that one will say mail.google.com/mail/u/0 and the other /u/1.
