[Gmail-Users] Is the .TOP domain for anything besides spam?

It's probably a stupid question, but I wondered if there is anybody, anywhere, using the ".top" top-level domain who is not using it to send spam? I recently noticed that about 75% of the spam received by one of my non-Gmail.com email addresses, comes from a variety of "someth...@something.top"
