Forwarding large numbers is not generally easy, but you could print to PDF and make multiple attachments. I'd personally go with turning on IMAP, and copy those all off to an MBOX type file, which can then be transferred as one file with all the e-mails in it. On Tue, Oct 14, 2014 at 2:31 AM, LLB

I have done this by connecting Mozilla Thunderbird to the account via IMAP, move all those email into a folder and then use the ImportExportTools add-on to export them as .eml files

Marko, Much appreciated, Would you guess the other party has to have Thunderbird (probably best chance of success) or Outlook should do fine as well because .eml is pretty standard format? When you did yours, were you able to send folder(s) within a folder or did you just send a bunch of emails
