I did remove the center of mass motion from my system. But did not do it separately for the lipids and solvent. Oh dear ... thats not good ... is it ? Is this just a problem which can be corrected after the simulation, or are the simulations now completely useless ? -MAria On Fri, Jul 3, 2009
