I work at UNH here in the InterOperability lab, where we have a DOCSIS Consortium that tests CMs frequently. They recently gave a large training lecture that I got to attend, and I gleaned at least a little bit from it. First of all, all modems (even older ones, I believe) are DOCSIS-co
