Try these (in no particular order):
[Del]
[Ins]
[Esc]
[F1]
[F2]
[F1
Most of the BIOS's either use the del or one of the F keys (such as F10).
I suggest she first try pressing del. If that does not work, reboot and try
f10.
Then possibly the esc key.
