Well "netscape 6 pre" runs on RH V6.1, but not quite ready for prime
time.
It segfaults during startup on my SuSE V6.3 boxes.

One interesting alternative that should be ready eventually is the Opera
web browser. Amongst it's advantages is that it is a lot smaller (~1.5
megs) than Netscape. That should translate into much better performance
although it would be more noticeable on a slow connection than say a
DSL/cable-mod

Yeah, It's ugly, but seems to work. Though, since I only use Netscape for a
web browser, I can't really speak to it's stability (though anything has to be
better than 4.72!)
