I don't think anything has really changed at all. Before GNAPS was forwarding DNS queries to you ( which *works*, but is bad form to have have the same box do DNS and WWW/FTP/POP/SMTP/etc serving), now you have a different ISP in a different state, and you need someone else to host or forward DNS for you. Seems like you've found that portion now so you're all set.
